The Birth Suites at Trillium House

Our facility offers three beautiful birth spaces that can be used by clients receiving midwifery care with one of the Trillium midwives.

Windflower Suite

Windflower is a spacious, second-floor suite with a double bed, two comfy chairs, a cradle, a desk, and lots of adjustable lighting.

Butterfly Suite

Butterfly is a large, quiet room at the back of the house on the second floor. It has a queen bed, futon, desk, and comforting touches like candles and a table-top water fountain.

Honeysuckle Suite

Honeysuckle is a cozy, first-floor suite with a single bed and chairs. It has its own private bathroom, with easy access to the kitchen and to Chicory, the large front room of the house.

Use of a birthing suite includes:

  • Private bedroom with bed and use of linens

  • Use of the complete kitchen

  • Use of large birth pool

  • Birth balls

  • Diffusers, sound machines

  • Disposable birth supplies
